  담당업무

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day support of company’s APAC field sales organization.

-          Work with sales managers and provide close support to field in opportunity management

-          Assist the sales teams with the PO and contract requirements, order status, pricing & quoting, & promotions

-          Resolve issues related to order, shipment, and delivery

-          Handle customer/partner request and attain their satisfaction

-          Provide communication to partners when new products/ pricing launched or order processes changed

  • Primary task will consist ofassistingwith “Quote to Order” process.
  • Accessing and acquiring appropriate approvals for special requests such as “License/Support/PartnerAuthorization"
  • Working with accounting on completing sales orders/confirming shipments.
  • Administrative support managing price-books.
  • Coordination of sales events and meetings.
  • Reconciliation of bookings.
  • Assist team members in ad hoc assignments/projects
  자격요건

Requirement:

  • Sufficient English/Korean language skills.
  • Ability to interface in a team environment with various levels of management.
  • Self-motivated, independent, willing to work under pressure and good team player.
  • Be good at in MS Office.
